How long will it take to get my order?
We ship out orders Mondays-Fridays, apart from public holidays, so we promise, we will send out your order as quickly as possible.
As soon as we ship your order you will receive your shipping confirmation. Expected delivery times:
Germany: Via DHL Courier 1-5 business days
Europe: Via Express Post with tracking in about 4-7 business days
Worldwide: Via Express Post with tracking in about 10-14 business days
In general we suggest using a work address because they’ll usually deliver between 8am-6pm and request a signature. But even if you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Duties/Customs: Customers outside Germany may also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties/fees.
How much will customs fee be?
Since it varies from country to country we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE your purchase. We hope you all understand that since it’s a government issue we don’t have any control over it.
How can I pay?
This website accepts PayPal, SEPA-Lastschrift, Credit Card, Bank Transfer (within EU) and of course TILTED FRIDAY Gift Vouchers ;o)

Absolutely! We use Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) and have our site tested by Trusted Shops, so we can ensure that your payment is secure.

*Keep going through the checkout process until you reach the page where you pay
*When you choose your payment method, select ‘Gift Voucher’ and a space appears for you to type in your Voucher Code...
*Hit ‘apply’ and you’re good to go!
How do I place an order?
Just click on a product you like, select your size and add it to your cart. Then all you have to do is follow the easy checkout process.
How can I make changes to my order?
Changes can only be made a couple of hours after you placed the order. Please also note that only addresses or sizes can be changed. We can’t add any products.
How can I cancel my order?
You have two hours to email us to email@example.com to let us know you would like to cancel the order. Since we’re doing our best to send out each package as quickly as possible, your package might already be on the way to you after the two hours have past.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
Ohhh, we are really sorry about these things if/when they happen! Please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it up to you!
If it says ‘sold out’ will you restock?
All products are super duper LIMITED, so they can't be restocked.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We sure do! You can grab them under gift voucher ;o)
Where are your products made?
We want to make sure that we can guarantee great quality products under fair circumstances. So our design office is based in Trier, Germany. The printing, cutting and sewing is done in Greece and our fabrics are made in Italy. So all in all Made in Europe!
